Until a few years ago, I worked in communications and marketing at a prestigious digital marketing agency. The work was challenging, rewarding, and fun.

But hailing from a nation where not every woman gets the same opportunities I did, I wanted to do something for women in general and minority women in particular. To empower them and help make them financially stable. Many people cautioned me against striking out on my own. I was too young, they said. It’s a risk. Indeed, I was well below 40, and it was risky. But I thought, “if I am truly passionate about this, then the time is now.” Brandmirchi was born.

It’s been a since then, but the principles on which I built my agency are still relevant. I try to provide outstanding value to clients while maintaining a fun and relaxed office atmosphere.

My team does outstanding work not because of fear or strict rules but from passion and dedication. And we accept everyone for who they are because Brandmirchi is an LGBTQ+ and mental health issues safe zone. Today, we have a diverse pool of clients whom I love working beside. I look forward to continuing Brandmirchi’s unique mission and finding new and innovative ways to serve our customers.
