46 yo male with C6/7 HNP and radicular arm pain

46 yo man with neck and radicular arm pain that failed to improve despite non operative treatment including injections. Exam demonstrated decreased neck ROM, + spurling, and numbness and weakness in the right arm. MRI demonstrates broad based herniated disc C6/7 with canal and right foraminal stenosis

Patient was treated with an anterior discectomy, fusion and plate instrumentation (ACDF) at C6/7 with excellent relief of arm pain and gradual resolution of neurologic symptoms.
