The successful treatment of any spine related problem begins and depends upon making an accurate diagnosis. Our orthopedic spine surgeon in Palm Beach County will diagnose your condition based on a thorough history and physical examination and appropriate imaging studies. Most spine conditions can be successfully treated with focused non operative intervention while some (likely less than 10%) will require an assistance of a spine surgeon in Palm Beach County and surgical management. Physical rehabilitation including range of motion, core strengthening, and aerobic conditioning (see exercises handouts or exercise videos) decreases chance of recurrence and optimizes activity level and function.
